The Extreme North of Chile


The last summer i went with my family (my parents and my brother) for a few days to Iquique and Arica. The days that i stayed in Arica visited the Valle de Azapa and the lake Chungará. This lake is one of the most higes lakes of the world with 4500 msnm. The lake is surround of diferents mountains.

The true it's that i didn't spect that the landscape was really beautiful, was a great sorprise to me!It is beautiful as nature surprises us in such an inhospitable place.






The only thing that caused me sadness is some of the garbage that is around the lake, caused by people passing by trucks or cars. That is why I thought that as human beings we must take care of these natural treasures, it is not very difficult not to throw the garbage in these beautiful places.
